The legal basis for obtaining consent is Article 6 (1) lit. a and Art. 7 GDPR, the legal basis for the processing for the performance of our services and the execution of contractual measures as well as the answer to inquiries is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO, the legal basis for processing in order to fulfill our legal obligations is Art. 6 (1) lit. c DSGVO. The legal basis for processing the data in order to safeguard our legitimate interests is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO.

Safety

Measures include, in particular, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity and availability of data by controlling physical access to the data, as well as their access, input, disclosure, availability and segregation. In addition, we have established procedures to ensure the enjoyment of data subject rights, the erasure of data and the response to data threats. Furthermore, we consider the protection of personal data already in the development, or selection of hardware, software and procedures, according to the principle of data protection through technology design and privacy-friendly default settings (Article 25 DSGVO).

Des Weiteren haben wir Verfahren eingerichtet, die eine Wahrnehmung von Betroffenenrechten, Löschung von Daten und Reaktion auf Gefährdung der Daten gewährleisten. Ferner berücksichtigen wir den Schutz personenbezogener Daten bereits bei der Entwicklung, bzw. Auswahl von Hardware, Software sowie Verfahren, entsprechend dem Prinzip des Datenschutzes durch Technikgestaltung und durch datenschutzfreundliche Voreinstellungen (Art. 25 DSGVO).

Hosting

The hosting service we use is designed to provide the following services: infrastructure and platform services, computing capacity, storage and database services, e-mail delivery, security and technical maintenance services we use to operate our online service.

Access data and log files - survey by the hosting partner

Our hosting provider levies on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f. DSGVO Data on every access to the server on which our website is located (so-called server log files). The access data includes the name of the retrieved web page, file, date and time of retrieval, amount of data transferred, notification of successful retrieval, browser type and version, the user's operating system, referrer URL (the previously visited page), IP address and the requesting provider.

Logfile information is stored for security reasons (eg to investigate abusive or fraudulent activities) for a maximum of 7 days and then deleted. Data whose further retention is required for evidential purposes are excluded from the erasure until the final clarification of the incident.
