Between Kurfürstendamm and Berlin’s famed Memorial Church (Kaiser-Wilhelm-Gedächtniskirche) stands the City Light House. This project was initiated by a subsidiary of the state-owned Landesbank Hessen-Thüringen, and we were selected as a joint-venture partner, both as investor and developer.

City Light House was successfully sold turnkey to Credit Suisse, who also assumed full responsibility for finding tenants.
