Haus Bellevue is situated in a top location in Berlin, between Unter den Linden and the River Spree. Hühne Development Services was responsible for the project’s development, from inception and the managing of all planning and construction, to marketing and sales. Our aim for this luxury residential building was to newly interpret the advantages of Berlin’s historic residential buildings supplemented with the comforts of today.

Located in an area dominated largely by offices, Haus Bellevue’s brick façade with its wooden and bay windows highlights its distinctive residential character.

Floor-to-ceiling windows, contemporary high-quality materials and traditional layouts make this building particularly liveable. Technical features were integrated as inconspicuously as possible.

Haus Bellevue is another convincing result of highly efficient planning and construction procedures that ensure anything superfluous is eliminated to ensure funds will be directed entirely to the creation of lasting quality.
