This small residential block in a wonderful location in Berlin’s Scheunenviertel has a special place in the chronicle of Hühne. It was the first project developed independently by Matthias Hühne. Designed by Kahlfeldt Architects of Berlin, it blends seamlessly with its surroundings.

Like every project since, it was successfully completed on time and on budget and became the basis for other residential projects in the immediate neighborhood, where over 100 apartments were built over the years that followed.
