Designed by the renowned French architect Jean Nouvel, Tower 1 is in a prime location in central Frankfurt. We were commissioned as the sole development manager from inception to building permit application and the completion of working drawings.

Our plans for the building confer upon Tower 1 the potential to set new standards in Frankfurt’s office market. Stylish yet timeless, it is not only extremely space-efficient but also highly user-friendly.

Plans for the building were the result of our close collaboration with the architect Jean Nouvel as well as various specialist planners and the authorities. Many design parameters were determined by our own detailed analysis of all Frankfurt skyscrapers of similar height.

Well thought-out interiors, opening windows and a ceiling height of 3 metres make the offices particularly pleasant to work in. Additional meeting rooms and elegant communal spaces are available in the Sky Garden on the top floors, with spectacular views across Frankfurt and beyond.
